Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly father Henry. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. At the age of 1 year old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If it weren't because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not exist today to share my life with people like you. In the hope of having an improved life I wanted to try my best to please them. I was focused on my success. Within my head, I knew what the plan was for my future. You go to college and then graduate. Be married. Buy a house. Have kids. My plan for success was to go to college, graduate and get a corporate job. I would then marry to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. My corporate job in 2013 was one I had a fear of. The status and wealth did not bring me joy. I believed that I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I discovered that personal training was what I wanted to do. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help them. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. To lead in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and help them achieve their objectives. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their dreams, and to live the lives they have always dreamed of. When my work was taking off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my life to datein the death of my mother. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think of her daily. The lessons of life can be hidden from us however they are extremely valuable. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways and I truly believe that my Mom gave me another chance at life through her death. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to embark on a new journey as I was given the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. When I reach my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live now and not just surviving just like I did previously. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you will resonate by my experiences and words in order to let you be aware that you're not alone, for you to realize that you're far more capable than anything else you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and that health truly is your most valuable asset. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and end it without regrets as dying is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
