Miranda Hart is a British actress and comic. Best known for her performance in the self-titled semi-autobiographical sitcom Miranda which she is also credited with writing she is truly a class apart in the English comedy scenario which is predominantly male-oriented. Miranda, which was praised as one of the most "old-fashioned" sitcom due to its family-friendly content, is loved by everyone in the family. The show also brought the actor a variety of awards and honors. The daughter of a family that has an elite background, Hart descends from the lineage of barons' marquesses, dukes and earls. However, she does not think herself an upper-class woman and has a non-pretentious appearance around her. In Hampshire the county where she was raised, as a child, she pursued an art of performance and graduated from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts with a certificate in Acting. When she decided to go after a career as comedian, she was comfortable and successful. However, it was several decades before she was famous.
