Andrew Garfield

Andrew Russell Garfield, born August 20, 1983, is a native of Los Angeles, California. He is an American actor and a producer. Garfield is famous for his performances in movies like The Social Network (2010) The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and Hacksaw Ridge (2016). Garfield began his theatre career prior to his move to television in 2005. He was a part of Sugar Rush. Garfield made his debut as a film actor in Mumbo Jumbo. The role he played in The Social Network, in 2010, brought him fame. In 2012, Garfield portrayed the well-loved Spider-Man character in the fresh version of the film directed by Marc Webb. He is the child of American Richard Garfield and British Lynn Hillman and has an older brother called Ben. The family relocated from the United States to England when the age of three. He was educated and lived in Surrey. At an early age, he started studying acting classes as well as participating in school productions. When he completed his studies at the Central School of Speech and Drama London, he made his first steps into theatre.
